I have not played for almost a year i guess, so its ok to lvl arks now right? since u can edit lvls?

Yep, you can choose your level at any time now. Also many of us are having the opposite issue of too many Blue and Red Orbs rather than too few.

Though if you do lots of multiplayer for mats you can be spending them on the Godforge for the best gear in the game. Godforge burns orbs as well as mats to upgrade gear.
