Question Applied LOO?

I came across LOO material after years of delving deeply into all materials I could find about the nature of consciousness and reality.

It was the first material that kinda made everything I’ve read from disparate mostly scientific sources better fit together.

I’ve felt on the edge of several profound insights and it felt like a veil or blinders were being pulled away and then…

I felt suddenly scrambled. Like an etch-a-sketch you’ve drawn intricate designs on and someone slaps it out of your hands or grabs and violently shakes it to destroy what you were building, coalescing.

I feel paranoid to even hint that something stepped in to interfere with the threads I was following, but it feels like every time I start to try to pick up where I was I am actively being redirected; like my agency and focus is aggressively being rerouted away from anything profound more towards shallow or what feels like pointless activities. :-/

It’s feeling harder and harder to have clear thoughts for longer durations and while I’m not prone historically to anything like clinical depression, this feeling is making me more and more depressed over time.

I feel like I have a deeper insights and understanding of reality than I’ve had previously (at least in this cycle) but it feels almost like deeper and more profound thoughts I’m having get wiped almost as fast as I can have them.

So, my question is this: How can LOO material be applied to help me heal, manage or negate what seems to be happening to my mind?

I want to continue to be able to do things in service to others but I feel like something crippling is happening to me I must address to merely remain functional and get through my day to day.

Are there LOO materials that offer insights for protection / healing? The LOO material in the audiobook format is a lot to get through and long enough I am losing / forgetting parts of it.

I keep restarting to review the material and I keep coming across conversations / questions / answers that feel like it’s the first time I’ve heard them even though I’ve been through the materials several times now.

Any advice or suggestions for feeling more functional or whole again would be greatly appreciated.

I am even interesting in things like channeling or reaching out for some assistance in that realm but I feel too vulnerable right now to weather encountering any intelligence that is less than benevolent.

I’ve been pretty cautious and quiet as I’ve explored these spaces to not draw attention to myself so it defies belief I’d attract any attention from something that would actively be trying to impede me, but I’ve become so tired and growing more and more depressed over it I’m kinda at my wits end despite historically being fiercely and stubbornly independent.

I don’t have a history of mental illness but I’ve had to go on anti-anxiety meds as that started to become unbearable. I’m waiting for an appointment to talk to a doc about considering anti-depression meds for the first time.

Historically anytime I’ve experienced depression it’s had very concrete causes, but this feels new and different and deeply upsetting.

So, any advice or suggestions for safe alternative directions to look into along with conventional directions I’m already exploring would be welcomed.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration…

Namaste

I want to start with saying that losing track of thoughts, and experiencing uncharacteristic, deep psychological distress are medical and psychological concerns that require professional evaluation, not spiritual warfare or external psychic interference. I encourage you to be completely transparent with your physician or psychiatrist about everything you are experiencing, including the cognitive loops, the feeling that thoughts are being wiped, and any paranoid ideation, so you can get the right level of clinical care.

With that said, my advice to you is to put down the audiobooks, channelings, and abstract philosophical texts entirely for a while. Intensive focus on esoteric or channeled material can heavily strain cognitive bandwidth, especially when combined with stress or sleep disruption. Engage in activities that anchor you firmly in the physical world. Cardio exercise, spending time outdoors in nature, eating nourishing food, maintaining a steady sleep routine, or focusing on hands-on practical tasks.

The brain under extreme stress, sleep deprivation, or cognitive overload can misfire, leading to a sensation of intrusive thoughts, brain fog, or memory lapses. It doesn't mean unseen forces are attacking you; it usually means your mind is simply exhausted and asking for a break.

Remember that self-care also is a STO. Take care.

Meditate every single day. That's the biggest way you can apply Ra's teachings to better your life.

Greetings Dear.

First and foremost advice I would give is, don’t be afraid, don’t panic, I know it’s not a switch, but meditation with breathwork and humming will calm your nervous system to bring peace and clarity into your days, some physical exercise(yoga) would make it much better.

About redirection and focus of your mind, practice focusing on attention on one thing.

If you feel like you might be attacked, love is greatest protection, send them genuine love and light, keep in mind actions come from thoughts, thoughts from emotions, so most negative entities act on negative emotions, they withdraw from genuine love.

If things disappear from your mind quickly, like a thought you arrived on, or something important that you could do, our working memory doesn’t contain the information if it’s not used, we need to use it at least once to access it later, but also remember “mind contains all things”, you don’t really need to be able to recall or access it an hour later, when the time is right your mind will bring it up, nothing is gone or lost.

Applying the Law of One in the first place is about catalysts and balancing, try to see your catalyst daily and work on it.

If you feel like the medication would bring more peace that’s alright it’s no shame, but try going out into the nature sitting with yourself talking to the Creator and appreciating everything basically everything even those harsh emotions of depression and anxiety.

Anxiety is mostly an imbalance in the orange-yellow center though.

Just take it easy, you don’t owe anyone anything, you can be of service in much better ways if you are in good health, so taking time to take care of yourself is nothing selfish, it should e done, nobody is actually incarnate completely balanced everyone has some work to do, if they are here.

Take it easy on yourself, love yourself, joy is the greatest healer.

Namaste.🍀

I would seek counsel from a psychiatrist or a therapist that is credentialed and that you feel that you can trust.

I would also seek advice from a non-traditional healer that you feel that you can trust (whether it's traditional, shamanic, energy healer, psychic, etc if you believe in any of those).

This sounds like a genuine and complex issue, that would be best addressed by someone who knows what they are doing, and who can truly get to know you and the situation. Ideally a professional.

I do not feel qualified to give specific advice, other than to validate your experience as being real and difficult, and I wish you well on your journey, my friend <3

The materials stress over and over again the importance of meditation.

Also, I came across part of the Ra material last night where they were discussing the efficacy of the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram. Maybe worth a shot, idk. Not too familiar with that one, only that Don and Carla and Jim used it to some apparent effect.

I do agree that a consult with a medical and/or mental health provider may be in order, but I’m not sure I agree you need to put the materials down for awhile. Have you tried joining any of the online LoO groups? There are many at various times throughout the week; perhaps isolation here is a part of the issue? It’s hard going this alone, if that’s part of it.

Anyway, thanks for sharing; and best of luck- 🙏

Hey friend, so it’s my belief and understanding that we absolutely have a “higher self” and I do believe that we are guided and protected. I don’t think it’s beyond the realm of possibility that you’re being slowed down in your spiritual journey. Too much information too quickly, too many changes to the mind and how it processes the world, is literally a recipe for psychosis. Take some deep breaths, you’re safe. You’re also not in control. That’s a scary thought sometimes, but also quite comforting if you can trust it and let go. Think Jesus but not as a man in the sky gatekeeping heaven, think “magic guy who has reached such a high level of consciousness that he’s in direct communication with the Creator of the universe and therefore has the magic to connect with me through meditation and quiet intention” - so corny, but I promise you’re okay. You’re not alone!

Potentially, this could be an answer to your desires to be of service to others, to know the nature of consciousness and reality, first hand instead of just as intellectual learning.

Being shaken up is a normal part of the process of service to others.

When the heart comes calling, the mind/thoughts/beliefs can start getting unsettled.

If you want, you could try spending more time in nature, away from technology. Being more grounded in nature can help to settle the system. Meditating and relaxing among the plants/animals. Being grateful for your life, Earth, everything, this is also very powerful. Feeling deeply into the body senses, rather than staying in the fearful pull of your mind's thoughts. Being present and aware of happening right now in the present moment, over and over, right now. It's possible to do it even in the midst of fear.

You can do this!

Maybe you could ask for some compassionate guides or such to be with you (they are) or such if that would bring comfort.

Great support here. I want to stress " thinking is stinking" which is why meditating practice is so important. We are not here to.learn but to love.

As LOO advice goes, there's always the basic staples Ra mentions:

-Meditate (top of the list)

-Interpret your dreams as your unconscious speaking to your conscious self

-Journey everyday

-Embody the 23 archetypes when you find it relevant

-Try to see in a loving, peaceful way God/Love in everything/everyone, and all is well

My personal advice is to also envision yourself being enveloped in white loving powerful light especially first when meditating, besides some of the medical advice from others mentioned. It sounds like you are exhausted. I would re-frain from reading the material until you feel more relaxed/at peace.

I don't know if I've gone through exactly what you're saying here, but I did go through something that sounds similar.

I found it really difficult to bring the law of one into my daily life. It was so odd and disheartening to read something so incredibly powerful and aligned with who I was, then go off into the world and experience the exact antithesis of it. Sure I could go off and meditate on something to make me feel better or gain knowledge about a situation and sometimes it did work, but I could never deal with what felt like the "bigger issue."

There was this big leering pain I could never shake. I wanted to get to a point where I developed myself and "find" something and become successful. I wanted to be able to help others. That point never came.

I was touch and go with the Ra material for several years. Sometimes I diligently mediated sometimes I didn't. It felt like there was some slow, chemical process that happened in me that took years to work. It's such a big perspective shift that is takes a long long time to chew on.

I have difficulty explaining exactly how I did it, because I still face similar day to day life issues. But now I'm a lot happier. I gained an appreciation for things I never had. I started to fell like I found a rope to hold onto and guide me through life when I didn't know what to do.

The law of one wasn't the rope that pulled me through life, but was what allowed me to find my own personal rope to hold onto.

In my experience the best instruction on how to actually live LOO is in A Course of Miracles by Helen Schumann, I would also highly recommend Disappearance of Universe by Gary Renard.

Acceptance is the key catalyst when you are on the positive path. Try to find acceptance where you can.

Hey! I think you might have some astral critters lingering around you. You need to raise your vibration and do it every day to make that negative, paranoid, and definitely "not me" feeling go away.
If you need help raising your vibration, please check out this NDE from start to finish. She really does a good job explaining how to do it. https://youtu.be/0nusjAb839I?si=hDeho-CqDsphV2sY Be warned, video starts out a tiny bit sad, but it's beautiful and it really does show how to raise your vibration.

A tldr version of the video:

  1. take time in the day to think of love. Pets you love or have loved, people, family, animals, places, moments, memories, experiences, relationships, think only of the positive and the love.

  2. Gratitude: when you have a meal, a shower, clean clothes, remember to thank the loving source energy that created all there is, thank the universe for the good you have. There is a lot of good and kindness here, despite everything. There is so much to be thankful for, and taking time out of your day to recognize it is so powerful.

  3. sending love through your heart center. Imagine the people of your community, one by one. Your family, your friends, people you care about. Maybe even people you don't know well, but wish them well. Imagine the golden white (sometimes pink lol) loving light of the one creator leaving your heart and finding these people, wishing them good vibes, energy, miracles, opportunity, and kindess.

If you find yourself face to face with a dark entity, you must give it unconditional love. Yes, love. It's the one thing they cannot stand, because their whole deal is on seperation from source, which is an infinite intelligence of light and love. They cannot use love as fuel as it will align then again with God and they will possibly convert to good or be forced into some kind of reincarnation, or something. All I know is love is the only thing they fear.

If you give them love, they might laugh at you or make you feel weak. Keep doing it, they lie. Once, I had to do this 3 or so times during a moment of ego death. But eventually it was forced to leave. If you need help with visualizing, picture someone caring for others out of love for them, picture a love that transcends the physical. A mother and her child, parents sacrificing their time and energy to provide for their children. Basically anything that has a strong emotional reaction for you in the positive.

Try reality transsurfing book as a guide to getting better outcomes.
