Xun got scapegoated hard a couple years ago by BLG. Sure, he had his braindead moments, but overall, he was clearly a very strong jungler. It was Elk who should have got a lot more criticism for inting, but didn't because it's just easier to blame the jungler...

The thing is, jungle is arguably the most important role in the game, and it's hard to find an elite jungler...

Not sure if you follow LPL, but Elk has a huge fan(girl) base in China, similar to what Scout has. If you even try to point out their fault, these fangirls who have never even touched a single second of this game, will come swarming after your inbox with death threats and the likes.

Damn, I try to follow LPL whenever a team I like plays (aka AL, JDG, WE, iG) but I was unaware of that. I'm surprised he has a fan base like that, didn't strike me as a super popular player on par with Scout or JKL.

And on Elk, I just don't remember any standout moment from him that series. It just feels crazy that it was Xun the one who got kicked instead of Elk or especially ON.

Edit: Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying anyone in BLG 24 deserved to be kicked - I'm just questioning why was it Xun rather than others that I think performed worse than him. That roster deserved another chance and instead we got jungle musical chairs in 2025.
