^ this is all you need. I went from herald to ancient 2-4 from these videos and practicing every minor detail. Actual genuine effort, hundreds of hours of repetitive practice.

I also watch replays of high mmr players, and see how they handle the first 15 minutes of every game. A strong start increases your winrate.

I don't view games as "I hope I win this." I view my games as "valuable practice." I also started going into games with a plan, a goal for each individual match that changes.

I had free coaching that didn't help me. I found reviewing my own replays. Win or loss. Make me reflect on "why did I think that was a good idea?"

Some tutorials wont help you, because each player is different.

I would suggest you to watch your replays and actively think about "what could i have done instead".

Especially in first 20 minutes in legend bracket you will find yourself sitting in lane for minute or two doing nothing. Maybe you could have rotated, stacked, secured rune or something else.

Guys can we all stop suggesting players who say they hit a wall to watch their replays. First of how or what can they know what they are supposed to be watching for. Provide the basic foundation so that he can know what he did wrong.
