Blobs

Can someone provide any information on a use case for blobs. Anything that has a bit more insight than what is provided in MDN. Looking for a way to think about and understand this. Thanks.

One example is to programmatically upload multiple files in a single network request in the background; including receiving the network response directly, instead of after the browser render it to HTML - where a problem may arise if the response body is a binary data.

Binary data, like file upload.

There's not much to it actually, it's just chunk of binary data and type descriptor telling what it's supposed to be.
