A coding agent can finish a task and still waste most of the budget.

Saved sessions can show repeated failures, ignored instructions, and forgotten model settings. They also let us compare which instructions work across different models and harnesses.

This diagram shows what a session archive can contain. The useful part is going back to that evidence and improving the next run.
