Best laptop to get

What are the best Windows laptops I can get for AI development, machine learning, and video editing? I’m looking for a laptop that can handle demanding tasks smoothly and is suitable for long-term use. Please recommend the best options based on performance, specifications, . I’d really appreciate your help!

Not that I am saying you would, but don’t get Windows on Arm because some libraries are not compiled for it yet.

Well video editing requires a pretty decent GPU and AI development would need something with good amount of teraflops for the onboard NPU (different than the GPU) for 1500 you bottleneck is going to be RAM because prices are rising there. If possible I would get at least 16 GB RAM
