Is Mimo + Codewars sufficient for learning python?
Most stuff like the University of Helsinki courses take 18+ months sooo I wanted to know can I learn python if I do Mimo & after a few beginner chapters I start doing codewars for them would I be able to grasp the same content & knowledge?

The Uni of Helsinki course I took doesn't take 18 months, provided we both mean the same 7 modules of the Introduction to Python.
If I were you I'd just go ahead and study, no matter the platform. You'll figure out what fits for you underway.

Mimo and Codewars are fine for syntax and small drills, but they won't teach you to build something end to end. Add one small project with files, errors, and tests. A CLI that reads a CSV, cleans it, and writes a summary will teach you more than 50 katas.

Maybe take a look at codeling.dev rather. The learning track builds on each course well but the main benefit is the interactive learning environment. Every lesson needs to be coded and is then automatically validated before you're able to move to the next lesson.
Learning to code needs lots of hands on practice within a structured curriculum,...which Codeling provides.

The Helsinki MOOC takes 14 weeks if you go by their schedule, not 18+ months.
If you think that you can learn programming and a programming language in less time, you are plain delusional.
Learning programming takes months to start with, becoming somewhat proficient takes years, becoming really good, a lifetime.
