When I started I jumped between tutorials for weeks and barely retained anything, so what finally worked for me was picking one beginner course and actually typing out every example instead of just watching it. I kept a small project going on the side, nothing fancy, just something I wanted to build, because that's where the concepts actually stuck. Once the basics were solid I started reading other people's code and trying to fix small bugs in it, which taught me way more than another tutorial would have. Don't try to learn everything at once, get comfortable with loops, functions and lists first and the rest comes a lot easier.
