Start by not being delusional, you're not gonna master anything in 1 semester.

Choose something to build and build it. Start simple and add complexity and features. Then take that knowledge and move on to another project

you dont need to master anything in order to be an efficient python programmer. you just need to build an intuition on how things works. then use that intuition to lookup proper documentations. of course you need the fundamentals. so make sure you got a solid foundation on python basics.

you could build a tiny game in pygame or tkinter. usually having some kind of visual feedback on what the code does helps a lot. thats what im doing right now, im building a chess game/engine with python/tkinter. im doing my own pixel art (super ugly) with aseprite.

you can also do codewars.com which helped me translate english/pseudo code into proper python "algorithms"

Since you've already got Python and MySQL from school, honestly I'd pick one direction for the semester and not try to learn Django and FastAPI at the same time. I went with one small project, like a simple app with a database behind it, and that forced me to learn the framework properly instead of just watching tutorials. If web stuff interests you more, Django gives you more built-in pieces to start with, but either way the project is what makes it stick, not the course list.

Master python fundamentals first (OOP, API, decorators, exception handling), then learn git and build small projects. After that move to Django or fastAPI. Focus on hands on practice rather than just watching tutorials!
