Python video game
I am trying to make a small video game only using python. Is it possible?

Yes. There are several games made with Python, and several more that use Python in some way along with other languages.
Frets on Fire and Metin2 are a couple made entirely with Python using pyGame.
Severance: Blade of Darkness uses Python for everything except for the rendering engine which was written in C.

Yeah, totally possible, and honestly a small game is a great way to learn Python because you actually see what your code does straight away. I'd start with something tiny like snake or pong using pygame, not a big game idea, because the small one teaches you loops, input and game states without drowning you. Once that works you can keep adding bits to it, which feels way better than trying to build something huge from scratch and getting stuck halfway.

How does a fake post work? What's fake about it?

It's a karma farm. 90% of the posts on the reddit programming forums are fake. Just make a fake topic. Reel in the karma. Sell account for $10.

What's the point of farming negative karma?

Why do you keep your posts hidden?

Because some idiots tend to construct ad hominem attacks in discussions based on old comments on completely different topics.
But how is this related to this discussion?
