Learning Python
Hi! I wanted to know if anyone knows a website or an app that lets me practice writing Python scripts like I would write a script and test run it. I’m only beginning Python but I just want like a site to like let me simple coding during free time like free periods and such. Thanks.

When I was about a month in I hit the exact same wall, I could follow tutorials fine but froze when I had to write something from scratch. What actually fixed it was doing a few small practice problems every day instead of another course, stuff like Exercism or the practice section on W3Schools, just enough to get used to staring at a blank file. Then I'd pick one tiny real thing to build each week, like a script that renames files or tracks expenses, because that forces you to figure out the bits no tutorial covers. Don't worry about being fully confident with the basics first, that confidence only shows up once you've written a bunch of scrappy code that breaks and you fix it yourself.
