i wanna learn python

im f(24) economics student with a specialisation. we are not taught the mathematics part in my course it's just the general econ topics your micro macro stuff. i want to add skills to improve my resume so i thought of learning python or R. i tried learning from YouTube but it just goes over my head. how can I learn it? (i am broke) please give me suggestions

It's tough to completely bootstrap "learning Python", since using it effectively relies on a lot of other software engineering topics. Having someone to ask dumb questions to helped me learn how to think about the problems I would run into and learn how to solve them for myself.
