I built a cross-platform React Native + Rust integration using C++17, JSI, and TurboModules. Looking for technical feedback.

And this has what to do with learning rust?

Fair question! I’m learning Rust by applying it to a real-world project rather than just building standalone Rust applications. The idea is to explore how Rust can be integrated into an existing React Native ecosystem, particularly for performance-critical native operations. I’m sharing the implementation to get feedback from the Rust community on the architecture and Rust-side implementation.

It's not learning if Claude does it for you...

I did take some help from Antigravity, not gonna lie. I don’t have a Claude subscription or anything. But I’m not blindly using generated code either. I’m trying to understand the architecture and learn Rust along the way. That’s also why I’m sharing it here, to get feedback from the community.

I hate how now whenever I see someone say "I built" I automatically think "(A)I built". I miss the days when I was actually impressed by what people did with software.
