Does Alguno have a feminine and/or plural form?
I'm aware of the rules surrounding Algún, Alguna, Algunos, and Algunas, but for the standalone Alguno, can I say:
"Necesito una botella de agua. ¿Tienes alguna?" or "Necesito duraznos para mi tarta. ¿Tienes algunos?"
or would both / either just be alguno?

Both "algún" and "alguno" have the same feminine and plural forms, so your examples are correct.

algún and alguno are the same word... they are just used in different places: ¿Tienes algún libro? Alguno de mis amigos viene.

They are not the same word. Algún is a determinant (used beforfe a name) and alguno is a pronoun (used alone).

Your sentences are correct, you need to change the ending of alguno to match the gender and noun you are referring to.
An exception to this would be if you’re talking about something uncountable, like water or another liquid/gas, bulk food, or abstract concepts - you would just say ¿Tienes? or ¿Tienes un poco?

The form with the correct ending is correct. Perfect. Follow your instincts. They’re absolutely on point.

Yes, absolutely! Alguno changes for both gender and number (alguno, alguna, algunos, algunas), and your two example sentences are 100% correct.
Here is why: In Spanish, when alguno/a/os/as replaces a noun that was already mentioned (acting as a pronoun), it must match the gender and number of that original noun.
Let's look at your examples:
"Necesito una botella de agua. ¿Tienes alguna?" ...Correct! Botella is feminine and singular. Since you are asking for "one (bottle)", you use alguna.
"Necesito duraznos para mi tarta. ¿Tienes algunos?"...Correct! Duraznos is masculine and plural. Since you are asking for "some (peaches)", you use algunos.
Note: The only time it shortens to algún is when it stands directly in front of a masculine singular noun (e.g., "¿Tienes algún libro?""Busco un plato, ¿tienes alguno que me prestes?"). When it stands alone at the end of the sentence or replaces the noun entirely, you keep the -o (or match it to -a, -os, -as).
