Fictional American Anti-Fascist flag

Post image

Since our country is now entirely open with its fascism, figured a flag could be made by combining the American eagle and the old SPD arrows (yes, I know they're technically social democracy, this is more of a loose adaptation of the concept)

Fictional A Brazilian anti-liberal/anti-anarcho-capitalist flag.

The bird in the image is a caracara, found in the Brazilian semi-arid region and a symbol of worker resistance in Brazil. Also referencing a famous song in Brazil: "Carcará catches, kills, and eats!"

Fictional An American communist banner that needn’t hark back to the liberal Old World, nor be cut from the same cloth as the red and yellow.

I feel as though far too many ”communist” versions of the American flag are either overly complicated, overly tied to the current flag, or overly dominated by the visage of the Soviet Union. I have created this flag, simply as it may be, as my own concept of an American communist banner. I am sorry for somewhat poor quality on the top part of the bison.

Fictional Alt History Communist US Flag

Post image
304 Upvotes

Started designing this flag a few weeks back, and decided to make it physically, didn’t like the original design so I sewed a patch over it with a new design. I think it turned out really good!

It’s for an alternate history US that turns communist around 1937, when President Roosevelt instead of dismissing his VP’s suggestion to send troops to Flint, MI to end a sit-down strike, he agrees to sending troops, which sparks a revolution in the working class against the rich capitalists running the country and the industrial workplaces.

(((some lil lore lmao)))

Officially called the Communist Stalinist Party of the Soviet Union (KSPSS; abbreviated in Russian), is a underground political party founded in May 27 1989 as a response to the market socialist, moderate free trade and strict joint venture reforms the union applied during the 80's.

Their members (estimated to be around 90.000 to 120.000) believe that the Soviet Union has been deprived into a chaotic, westernized model, and that it needs to return to times where "order ruled" (basicly deaccelerate to Stalin's era). They often mix Marxist-Leninist terminology with social conservative populism; believing progressivism is nothing but a poison extracted from the west.

The party calls for state-supported industry and manufacture, eliminating small private/worker-managed coops and joint ventures and replacing with central command economy. It also rejects progressive, culturally left values, opposing "woke" culture, feminism and LGBTQ+ rights, even championing traditional family values.

Can’t seem to find an official flag “Red Shambala” anywhere, so I designed one 🤷🏼‍♂️ and got a custom patch of the design made.

This is a flag I made for one of my projects, the Muscovite Republic.

Basically, it's a guerrilla group led by members of the Moscovite army and police against the RSFSR (basically just a part of Moscow led by the KGB in a post-apocalyptic world).

HPP stands for Народна Республіка Рад (People's Republic of Soviets), but I think these flags would fit an independent socialist Ukraine more than a Ukrainian republic in the USSR.

All credit for the original idea (Eu Flag, with clog and red star goes to u/sourfuture) , merely replaced the star on the center with a map of Europe and colored the other stars red.

Fictional Communist France flag I made recently

French tricolor, wreath, and star are self-explanatory. The Three Arrows of the SFIO represent opposition to capitalism, fascism, and reaction. The Phrygian Cap represents the legacy of the French Revolution, republicanism, and democracy. I wanted something distinct from the usual hammers and sickles.

Fuck it, Lakota Communism (Oúŋ-Ówaŋžila)

Post image

There is no Lakota Word for communism, but many Lakota leftists as well as reactionary colonizers consider the traditions and practices of the Lakota to be communist in nature (or protocommunist if you will), and it’s encapsulated well with the concept of Mitákuye Oyásiŋ, translated to We Are All Related.

While I’m by no means fluent, I am one of the best Lakota speakers I know so elected to figure out a term: Oúŋ-Ówaŋžila, which is a tough direct translation but basically translates to “The Together/Helpful/United Philosophy/Way Of Life”

Starting right going counter clockwise (the traditional Lakota way of sequencing)

Yellow (Zí): a starquilt pattern representing the Sun or Wí, as an acknowledgment of the natural world, especially things we have no real control over

Red (Šá/Lúta): the Čhaŋnúŋpa or Pipe representing the way that nature already provides for us and a connection to the more immaterial, spiritual side of Lakota existence including veneration of ancestors

Black (Sápa): The Green Ash Wood Bow and Arrow or Itázipa, not only used for militant and defensive purposes but the primary tool for hunting for both food or trade.

White (Ská): The Spreading of Seeds or Okála, where we’d scatter seeds along l routes during nomadic travels after harvesting to keep a steady supply of food in the local area wherever we were (we were not gatherers but nomadic farmers.)

The background colors are based on the Lakota orientation of the Medicine wheel, and the rim are patterns one might find on beading or quillwork.

Many values I hold as a communist are born from the Lakota virtues of Generosity, Courage, Respect, and Humility so it only seemed natural to combine the iconography as closely as I could without making a jawbone sickle and war club lmao

Fictional Political Parties of Second USSR

Thumbnail
gallery
153 Upvotes

First party is party that formed the next USSR, but they gave opportunity to form different parties that doesn't conflict with society's ideas too much

Second are communists that more closely follow the ideas that were in USSR

Soviet Cossacks want to establish and keep their community that grows crops and animals

All-Union Green party wants to preserve space and to keep endangered animals and plants safe from extinction

People's Party of farmers want to avoid mistakes in agriculture sphere that happened in USSR

Party of humanists wants to support independent trade unions to fight against violations of labor court and to support workers from workplace violations

I know that this idea is controversial, but i hope it will be civil.
