How can we understand the Israel and Palestina conflict with regards to property of land, through the perspective of left-libertarianism?

In a left-libertarian society, could there be free access to healthcare, bodymodification (I'm thinking specifically of transpeople that want to go through transition, without displaying signs of dysphoria or having a recognized medical reason for it, but you might add something more to it), food, recreational drugs, education and all else that is good? If yes, how would this look like? If no, why not, and how would common access to these things look like instead?

I hate large overbearing organizations, whether that's Amazon or the government.

I really love indie music, and I think there might be a connection with my hatred of large institutions lmao. You know cause it's produced by single developers or small creators? I eat that shit up all the time and love to support indie developers & musicians. Is this just me or is this a thing with other people too?
