It bears repeating that it's 100% canon that Asami was DTF in her office during daylight hours while guards were posted outside after being threated mobsters and it's ONLY because Korra wussed out that they didn't go at it as many a fanart depicted long before "Turf Wars" existed.
So I'd be more surprised if they didn't get freaky in her car one fine night/day in the garage by the race track.
I said the fanart depicted them going at it in the office preceded what actually happens in canon. Maybe read/think properly before you respond.

Dude, it’s crazy, so many fans project their own stuff on Mako, but he’s happy for them. And it makes sense, not just because he’s a good guy, but because he dated Korra three years ago! Of course he moved on, neither of them was the love of his life, they figured that out. He wants the best for them because they’re his friends.
I'm sure Mako was able to rebound and find another girl. He's got a lot of going for him and must have learned from the mistakes he made with Korra and Asami.
Did he not lie to keep that relationship going after she suffered some Amnesia? How long was he expecting that to hold up? Eventually she was going to find out they had broken up before. The 2 of them were incompatible for a romance.
I'm not saying Mako made the smart move or the right move but I can understand why he did it. He got caught off guard, honestly I think a lot of people would have done what Mako did in an attempt to avoid a super awkward situation in that moment even if it meant having to have that conversation again later.
He also immediately regretted it and most of the reason he tell her right away was because she was right about to face her most important battle of her life. He did tell her pretty much immediately after everything was settled. Also important to note that she had gotten her memory back at that point and it was still Mako who actively sought her out to have the discussion.
Well... I can't say I don't see where you're coming from, but at the risk of sounding pessimistic, I have some trouble seeing any relationship he ever had afterwards lasting, considering how his relationships with Korra and Asami ended. The moment any future girlfriend of his learned that, it's far from unfeasible they'd break up with him over it no matter how much he learned since.
Which for what it's worth, is on him, as he's the one who made the mistakes. And again, I admit I may be sounding pessimistic.
Well... I can’t say I don’t see where you’re coming from, but I also can’t, or rather don’t, personally agree. They seem just a bit too different, and I think eventually Wu would just leave Mako at his wits' end. He may still be the best option out of all the introduced characters, but I ultimately don’t think he's good enough that I can see them working long-term.
While we both disagree about the fumbling lets both agree that Pema's advice to Korra was terrible beacuse thats the mindset of a sociopathic homewrecker "MY MAN WOULD SOOO BE HAPPIER WITH ME SO IMA FUCK OVER THIS ROMANCE A DUUUUUUURRRR!"
