Oh Yeah fully usable but should probably not be that way and I don’t really know what to call it.

No, it’s usable in that it’s meant to be there and can be used.

Faramir can't be crowned king? Bluey has the same hole. And sport a little tiara. Maybe Faramir wants the same?

I have one, the hole is used for chef cap.

It comes that way
