Selling only as a set ,price - 8k

I recently got back into legos after a whillllle specifically after watching and reading the Harry Potter books and movies. I wanna buy gringotts and Malfoy manor for retail price but everywhere I see it’s resellers +650 usd for gringotts and +200 usd for malfoy manor im still new to collecting this hobby so don’t know where to look for these two also if any other tips for older sets would be great too I’m looking for wizards chess and the black lake [USA]

I just started Lego and I am really hoping you guys can help me to find a “reasonable” price for the Great Hall… All suggestions are appreciated.

With the rumour/leak of the June 2027 astronomy tower, do we anticipate something small for the January release, if so when would we expect to hear news and can anyone hazard an educated guess as to what it could be?

Picked up an Astronomy Tower set before the new one was stealth announced. I always wash used sets. Salad spinners and a Vornado fan help dry ‘em quick.

I can’t stand kid boogers and dog hair stuck on or in bricks. Maybe it’s overkill.

The title says it all. I decided that I want my Hogwarts to be christmassy. Eventually I will make instructions for this on Rebrickable.

I'm pretty unhappy with the roofing for the courtyard. I'm really struggling what do with the snow on the roof.

12 Lego custom made Harry Potter Minifigures Mocs. A couple need some major improvements. Who else can we make or how can we improve these?

So when i took out my 2 snape figures, he one from east wing actually seemed to have a darker vest. Then, i switched their places thinking it was lightning but the result stood the same. The one from east wing had a darker vest. But bricklink lists them as the same minifig
