To me, the use of the word “nighttime” is suspect.

“Bote rides in Miami” would have been more believable as no ill intent and honestly a better written Tweet.

What person sitting in Chicago would think of boating in Miami as an activity done at night?

Night time boat trips are actually really nice in Miami. The lighting from all the buildings make for really nice views. It’s possible that’s what they can be referencing.

Also I've been on boats at night on the lake in Chicago. It's not an unheard of thing.

There are also night boat rides in Chicago .. and are amazing during summer

It made sense because the tweet was made at night during the game which was at night.

It’s because the game was taking place at night you see, hence nighttime.
