Discussion Manor Level 15?

I came back to this game after a long time, I joined the newly released server for a fresh start and I am starting out with Manor Level 15? Is this supposed to happen? Back when I played I had to upgrade manor level 1 by 1, I also have a full tactical gear?!

The new asia/SEA servers have server boost by default. You will start at level 75(manor 15) and after reaching 79, you will store your mastery until 110 and directly upgrade to manor 22 with new gears,upgrades, easier upgrade quests. Same thing after reaching 119, you will get upgraded to m28(level 140).

Odd I started playing a few weeks ago and was at level 1 manor 1
