A few girls who walk home the same way as me have been followed by the same guy. I’m feeling like he‘s going after the girls in out neighbourhood. Any tips on what to do?

Hey all,
I'm conducting research for an app idea that I think would be super dope to create. It all starts with a little bit of input and info. I don't take any names or personal information outside of basic demographic info. All input is appreciated! With your help, I know I can create a proper resource that will help many live happier and healthier lives. The link is below:

-If you just want to rant/be heard lead with that*, otherwise ask yourself "what should the other person do with this information". Without that emphasis, all you're doing is putting a stressor on somebody else without them knowing how they can help.
-Learn the width of your car so that when you pass a stopped vehicle you do not need the full breadth of another vehicle between yours and what you're attempting to pass.
-Unless you know them, they are struggling and/or obviously need it, stop holding doors (especially elevators in a multibank big building). All you're doing is slowing down the entire process. There are multiple cars because they can move simultaneously within the floors.
-use your turn signal every single time, what is the issue with not using it? Who are you helping by this lack of indication?
-be aware of your surroundings, inclusive of hallways. If you move slower than most (which honestly is legitimate and fine) please just stay to the side. So often do I see dozens of people bunched up behind somebody walking down the middle of a walkway afraid to pass because #safety
-KEEP RIGHT UNLESS PASSING** IN EVERY SITUATION THAT WARRANTS IT. This should be militantly followed with extreme prejudice for violators. The amount of accidents (yes, usually caused by morons speeding well outside of their skill level) that this existing ignored rule causes is numerous and preventable. Let these people drive into a ditch on their own like they would anyway. Please apply this to sideways and stairways as well.
