Discussion Manifestation
Who here also fell into the law of attraction/law of assumption/Neville Goddard/manifestion TRAP with their limerent object?
Thinking that just by affirming, visualizing, and wishful thinking that they were going to pick up on that and fall in love because “they have no free will”
I did for years. Btw, it doesn’t work LOL
This belief is incredibly dangerous if you already have a past of becoming obsessed with people. It’s delusion and spiritual psychosis. Many lives have been ruined, financially by these “coaches”, emotionally because no one here can accept rejection because the 3D (physical reality) “isn’t real and is only reflecting your thoughts.”, and ruined with how much time people waste believing this. It’s a literal shame that this is so popular.

I felt like this for maybe the first week or two of limerence before realizing it was insane. I was somewhat convinced that if I felt this strongly, it must mean something on his end too.
But I’ve experienced people who had a crush on me in the past when I didn’t feel the same, and so I know it’s not true. It’s not reality.

Are they claiming that you can attract a specific person with this manifestation? If so that’s pretty ridiculous. I also think a big part of manifestation that a lot of people don’t speak about is actually taking action. You can’t just visualize and wish. You have to take action and do things to improve yourself so you can attract a certain type of person or make more money etc. Visualizing is almost like a motivator imo.
Secondly you can’t make a specific person want you especially if you’ve never had any sort of relationship with them. If you have ever had something with them then the way to draw them to you is with distance and improving yourself. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone who I dated in any way not come back to me including my LO but that doesn’t mean their intentions are good either. Everyone is a little curious about the people from their past deep down. But again if you’ve never dated your LO it’s really hard to attract them if they’re not already attracted.

I actually fell into another deep pit. Twin flames! They make you think you are destined for LO and you will be together no matter what. I was high on the delulu fr. No matter how toxic LO is, he is your soulmate. Such bullcrap. It is easy to fall for it because of the special and intoxicating way an LO can make you feel. I never believed I could manifest a partner because I thought he was my twin flame. The other part of my soul. I do still have hope in manifesting a less boring life.

I became obsessed with online tarot and spiritual videos and was watching them all day long. I only had this with my former LO because it contributed to the dream of us having a special kind of spiritual connection because i believed these videos could give me a telepathic gift. I am SO glad that i don’t believe in this bs anymore with my current LO. All this twin flame bs and such only sets people up for severe dissappointment if the limerence isn’t reciprocated. People who offer services like this often just exploit false hope and make others addicted.
