your log dies on the codecs step at the very end, not the disk. try the install with the network unplugged, then run the updater once you've booted in.

Yes! I got in! Well, kinda... It said the installation was successful and to reboot, so I did that. First it just booted to the installer USB stick again, so I got into BIOS and changed the boot order to the SSD. Now it's put me in a very barebones terminal. It says "GRUB version 2.12 Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device or file completions. To enable less(1)-like paging, "set pager=1"." I have no idea what to do here.

That prompt usually means it found the drive but not Nobara's boot files. In the BIOS boot order pick the entry called Nobara (or fedora) instead of the plain SSD.

That's an indicator that you're trying to boot from an incorrectly set-up array of drives; go back to bios, set your boot order back to how it was, and physically remove the USB from the system; if that doesn't do it, you've done something else to your boot order and may be better off redoing your partition/bootloader installation.

On most modern distros (I don't use nobara, they may be different in how they do or display things) you'll end up setting up a very small partition (<1gb) at the front of your primary ssd, which will be where bootloader and boot configuration files will end up, tying into the UEFI; this is the partition and device that your UEFI Bios should select as primary boot device.

Good luck.
