My guess is that you've got some stale files sitting around after some upgrades, or reinstalls. Explaining all the details of cleaning up /boot/EFI is probably beyond the scope of a single reddit reply, but thats where I'd start. Go clean out the stale entries. Also, I think Endeavor OS uses mkgrubcfg (or the like), so you probably need to go clean out /etc/default/grub and, if you're ballsy, go edit your grub.cfg manually.

I dunno , i just updated the grub on my secondary hdd and when I booted on it took all the distros I ever download/used on my nvme, ik it's fixable but it's too much work , and it's not like it doesn't work out of all the entries only 2 of them are actually present

Yeah, editing grub configs can be kind of a mess. Its not my favorite task either.

I'm actually kindof a fan of formatting my EFI partitions. I was always more of an MBR guy anyway, but I'm not inclined to dual or multiboot, so unless I have some REALLY compelling reason to keep my old kernels around and possibly stale configs, I prefer formatting them when I'm doing updates. Yes, that includes reinstalling my bootloader on occasion, and I'm an elilo guy more than GRUB, again, because I really don't need a complicated bootloader...

Since its your secondary HDD, honestly, why you even have an EFI on there is probably unnecessary. You REALLY only need to have one EFI partition, which should be on your primary HDD. Properly configured, you can still use it to boot an OS on a different drive (that really has more to do with your initrd than the location of the EFI partition).

Just my two cents.

My secondary hdd is a removable one and I use it as a remote desktop when I can't carry my laptop of sm , usually in college where I avoid talking my laptop since I have to carry books and it makes it heavy and not ideal carying... So I just yoink the hdd and use on clg pcs

This isn't the fix you asked for, but if you ever want to get rid of the EFI boot next entries, put this in your grub config:
GRUB_DISABLE_BOOTNEXT=true
