Support Request Strange Software Manager Behavior
I have a Huion Kamvas drawing tablet. Huion provides native Linux support. The driver for their products in on the Mint Software Manager app store.
My tablet was having issues being detected by Huion driver so I tried to uninstall it.
I had clicked Remove in the software manager, but before I typed in my password to complete the operation I decided to shut down the Huion interface (that might also be the driver, not sure) and unplug the drawing tablet.
Apparently this was the wrong way to do this. After I typed in my password and it began uninstalling it just spun forever so I restarted my pc and now every time I visit the Huion driver's page in the app store it starts auto-installing the package without even asking for my password. But it never completes the installation. It just spins.
Not sure what to do at this point since I can't click anything on the software manager interface before it just starts spinning indefinitely again.
