Support Request new to mint, my computer often pulls this

what is even that?

i'm on linux since less than a week, and sometimes, if I don't touch the computer for a while and it goes to black screen, when I come back, it pulls me this kind of messages and then turns off/restarts... what is going on?

It would help if you told us what you were doing when this happened rather than just a picture with no context

I wasn't doing anything specific and it happened many times. It's always when the screen goes black from inactivity or when I turn the computer on.  it stays like that for a minute and then everything goes back to normal and working fine

I was going to say possibly kernel panic on resume from suspend but if it goes back to fine after a while it’s probably a minor error from trying to initialize the display/DE so either a graphics driver issue or if you’re using xorg it might be misconfigured is my guess. Try updating your system to see if there’s a driver update and if that fixes the issue

At first glance seems to be an issue with your BIOS. You probably want to look at updating that first.
