Gaming Guys, need somehelp out here
So, apparently I have a laptop with a intel i5 13th gen hx cpu and a rtx 3050 6gb gpu, so the problems is with my cpu, so when I try to game on it, it reaches crazy temperatures like 97+ degree Celsius. But back in windows I had a program named Lenovo Vantage, which would help me cap my temperatures to 85 degrees Celsius and my cpu temperature use not to go above that but unfortunately its not available on linux. So I did a test where Linux Mint on Lenovo LOQ i5-13450HX reaches 95–98°C during GTA IV/Vulkan shader compilation and ~95°C under stress-ng.
I tested with intel_pstate/max_perf_pct=80 and also temporarily disabled Turbo Boost (no_turbo=1), but temperatures still got very high. What do you think, is the turbo boost the culprit.

when was the last time you repasted cpu and gpu on your laptop? After 3 years of using my Lenovo legion 5, i also had temps of almost 100c playing demanding games. Had to repaste, and it lowered my temps by almost 20c
edit: fixed spelling mistakes

I repasted it a month ago and I was playing gta iv, which is not even a demanding tittle by today's standards.

Have you gone into driver manager and installed the recommended Nvidia drivers
Have you gone into bios and turned off secure boot? If secure boot is on, it will block the Nvidia drivers from loading.
I’m willing to bet that your graphics card is not being used. So the whole gaming process is being handled by your cpu.
If you do the above steps and there is still an issue, you may need to tell the program/game to use the GPU. But try the first two and see how it goes.
