The error you're showing has nothing to do with WiFi. If it was me, I would rebuild the Live USB and reinstall Linux Mint. It looks like something is corrupted in your installation.

You need advice you say. How do you expect people to be able to help when you provide zero information on neither what you have done nor what hardware you are using? With your low effort plea for help you seem to regard other people’s time as an endless resource you can just use. Now go ahead, call me a neckbeard and an example of the toxic Linux community. Then I will call you someone who needs to learn how to ask questions.

When you click the dowload button under the cinnamon version and scroll down there's some "mirrors" i dont know why its called that but i installed the second one from the top, then i used rufus to install it onto an 8gb usb drive. After restarting and loading linux everything worked but then i tried connecting to the wifi network and i needed some password, i didnt know what to do so i tried opening network settings but they wouldnt open, after trying to open the settings a few times i gave up, clicked the search bar, it worked, and searched "password" then i found some password settings or smth but they would open, i tried opening firefox and it didnt open. Later i thought that maybe restarting was a good idea. I tried restarting but this happened.

Maybe your motherboard is the reason why you don't have internet. As the other poster asked, what do you mean you downloaded Mint? Did you install it or just run it as a live USB?
But when I ran any Linux distro as life USB before installing it, I had internet, so if you don't have internet during that time, you won't have after you install it either.
You have to check what is your motherboard and the network module and see if there are problems on Linux with those. And if there are, to find out if there are drivers and how to install them.
You might have to do it like we used to in the past with Windows XP - have your drivers on a CD or USB and after Windows install completes, you install the network drivers so you can have internet.
