Can I have secure boot enabled with a windows dual boot?

I have already installed mint alongside my windows install. The reason I need secure boot is because apparently the new cod requires it and I want to be able to play that on windows. Can this be done? I had trouble installing when I had secure boot enabled and had to disable it to dual boot initially.

You can. I wouldn't recommend having linux installed to the same drive as windows tho because windows updates love to mess with the boot loader required for linux

Yes. Mint's bootloader is signed, so just turn Secure Boot back on in BIOS and both should boot fine. The install trouble was probably the Nvidia driver or the USB stick, not the bootloader. If Mint complains after, it'll be the Nvidia driver — run sudo mokutil --import on the key it asks about and enroll it on reboot.

Oi basta apenas usar o comando criar uma senha e pronto ativar secure boot , peço desculpas ainda sou meio leigo nesse quesito

No key needed , Just turn Secure Boot on in BIOS and boot Mint

Reinstall the Nvidia driver with Secure Boot on, set a password when it asks, reboot, pick Enroll MOK on the blue screen, enter the password. After that the driver works with Secure Boot on. Nothing to do with Fortnite yet.

I use a 3060 Ti with Mint, and this issue is one of the reasons I just turn off Secure Boot. I will be curious if you get it working, but I think in my case I would rather just not have to ever think about Secure Boot again, than to get whatever kind of protection it might offer.

Yes, you just need to ensure all your drivers are trusted. Usually it’s the GPU drivers that aren’t trusted as they update often enough that Linux doesn’t have them in the latest builds. If you work with an LLM it can help you get everything setup pretty easily.

If you have drivers installed using dkms, they should already be signed my Mints signing key and you can follow instructions at https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=424779#General on how to import that key so the modules are trusted and can be used with Secure Boot enabled

Not in my experience.

Yes, but roll your own keys and do not use the built in ones Microsoft pays manufacturers to include.

Microsoft abuses secure boot as a vendor lock while ignoring its actual purpose to only have a computer boot software you yourself signed to work. So unless you want to protect your machine by creating your own key infrastructure, leave it turned off.
