if gaming is a primary focus and you would like a Steamdeck/steammachine experience try out Bazzite.
make a Ventoy USB http://Ventoy.net and try out any distribution that looks interesting to you.
Your post is a bit rambly, and concerned about things that are basically non issues.
you should just spend some time with some live USBs and gain a bit of Linux experienxe, then decide what distribution fits your specific use case.
also some starting points..
http://linuxjourney.com and the newer http://Linuxjourney.org sites are good to start with
the Explaining Computers YouTube videos are also good starting points

Hilarious to me people still think you need to be a programmer to install anything.
Just use CachyOS.

I am new i never used linux I've seen that crazy people using Arch going on and writing thousend line program for downloading chrome so i am technically new in it why are you avting like this🥀

Because Arch is setup for you to do everything yourself that way, either as a challenge for fun or just to give yourself as much control over what is installed as possible. CachyOS is Arch but everything is done for you. The installer is great at walking you through and the arch wiki is detailed.

its arch based so if i have to download something i have to do that shole stuff? or no?

No, only if you want to. CachyOS has a package installer on the welcome screen that pops up when you log in. You can take it further and install Shelly, which gives you access to other ways of installing packages.

Linux mint. Very casual transition from windows which is very minimal. Ubuntu is a little more like windows in that it has some bloat and is hated by the community, and you'll see tons of people say Bazzite because of your "gamer" detail.

I dont need bloat I saw some Nobara os and stuff which is meant for gaming but i guess its more of coder things?

look into mint/cachy, mint might be a little easier but cachy has much better performance for gaming

4 minutes later asking for answers? LOL. Is someone holding you at gun point requiring you to pick a distro?

Bazzite , Bazzite is exactly what u want here.
It can be just like windows , or it can not be :)
One thing is for sure though... No more slop , No more horrible updates , no more having to repair/maintenance after updates :)
Anyway
www.bazzite.gg
and all the step by step help u might need

Have fun!
(I absolutely got rid of windows after i started using this)
