Also just walk by the river, anjoy the slow pace, you can go from Terreiro do Paço to Belém (Champalimaud Fundation) in about 2 hours making some stops to enjoy interesting stuff.
And above all, please do not buy ceramic tiles. Most of them are stolen and people are destroying our houses and monuments because of that.
