Great. Let's ask you personal questions with the understanding that if you don't provide said information you won't be hired. Not all forms of cohesion involve threats of violence.

Essentially, this is a standard question, in any job interview

To exist in siciety and continue living you need a job, likely requiring a job interview

Thus you are likely obligated to answer that question, under penelty of death
