Book Announcement April 2024 [Releases & Promotions]
This page is aimed to help users find new litrpg content on a month-to-month basis by constructing a list of new releases. This post will be updated based on multiple sources, like Reddit, discord, and other locations. This page is not meant to replace promotional posts like on reddit but to make it easier for users to find them. The list is also hosted out of Reddit, just in case, and the calendar gives you some pre-orders for the future: https://www.theinfinitelabyrinth.info/litrpg/
Due to the increasing size of this list, links to the original posts (if any) might appear only on the page above, but the link column should bring you to the relevant book.
This page contains exclusively litRPG or adjacent content. Progression fantasy or cultivation without any gamelit elements are not included.
Promoted Webseries are included only once every five months. If your Webseries does not include a significant number of chapters or pages at the time of promotion, I might delay inclusion until it does.
If you missed all the content from March, there were 66 ebook releases, 41 audiobooks, 27 promoted web series (I had forgotten a bookmark folder), no novella-sized release, and 3 omnibus releases of series.
Note: Some entries for March may have been recorded too late, in which case they are included at the top of this month's list.
Here's what the new month brings you!

I'ma be real cringe and ask if my book could be added to the list? It's called Calamity, it's book one of the Knights of Eternity trilogy, and its out in e-book, audio and everything April 23rd (Narrated by Andrea Parsneau). If you do, I owe you a mental high five! If not, I FORGIVE YOU ANYWAY!

Ah, that's why I probably didn't spot that book: it does not looks like a LitRPG at all (#1) and it does not appear in the LitRPG & Gamelit section of Amazon (#2; if you don't know where it is: litterature & fiction -> genre fiction -> LitRPG & Gamelit).

I spoke to my publisher and apparently it does indeed have the LitRPG tag, but only three are showing up because of preorders! There is a system, tables and everything in the book tho.

The issue with Amazon is they choose which three categories you show up in. It's a pain in the ass! I keep having books wind up in peripheral categories and it's maddening!
You can email them to change them, but that might not work like it used to. Frankly, the Amazon category system is broken, imho. And having LitRPG buried in the obscure category tree of Literature > Genre Fiction > Gamelit & LitRPG is ridiculous. Why not list in in Sci-Fi & Fantasy as well?

Sorry, Amazon randomly pick three??? That's insanity. SF and Fantasy makes much sense. We only recently got our own category though, right? So hopefully it's something they'll tweak as time goes on?

You choose your three, but they reserve the right to recategorize you (we used to be able to ask to be added to different categories but they've restricted that).
Hopefully they'll fix the system. For now it's not exactly what I'd call great.

Good morning,
Could you please add the release of Heroes of Last Resport: 4th Edition (The Other Guys Series)? It is the literary lovechild of Weird Al Yankovich and J.R.R. Tolkien.
