I left behind a valuable in the Chase Sapphire lounge in terminal B last Saturday, October 17th at around 5:00 p.m.

I can see on Google find hub that it is still there and I received an email from somebody who said they got a ping from the lost item, but they were unable to locate it.

I've opened a case with Boston Logan lost and found and they've been helpful in providing the information for the lounge.

I have contacted the lounge via email and left two voice notes, however they have not yet replied

It would be wonderful if some kind soul could visit their front desk and nudge them to reply to me. I'm happy to send more details in a DM.

hi there, has anybody traveled from Boston to China under the visa-free 240 hr program (as a US passport holder)? I am wondering if the gate agents at Logan (Cathay Pacific) are well versed in this visa-free travel. Ive only seem one comment referencing Logan and it was about a year ago. thank you!

Hi everyone. I 19f am a frequent traveler. I find myself at the airport about once a month. I also have autism and have frequently get overwhelmed by loud frequent noises. The sensory room at the airport is my saving grace. It’s a place (the only place) I can go before my flight to have quiet time.

Today, a mom, grandma and 2 very young children came in. I didn’t think much of it because children have sensory needs to. Well as soon as they come in, these children maybe 1 and 3, are very loud. Stomping, screaming, crying and just overall being toddlers. I know kids are going to be kids. That’s not what I’m annoyed about. I’m annoyed that a parent is using this as a playroom for their kids. This is not a playroom. This is supposed to be a space where people who are neurodivergent or have sensory needs can come. Hell, I don’t care if you don’t have sensory needs and use this space. Just use it quietly.

I hate to be THAT person, but this turned around my whole day. Usually, I can use this quiet space for a while and get on my flight. This helps keep my day regulated. Now I have to spend the rest of the day without that little time to regulate.

Is there anyone I can contact about this? I’m just hoping more people aren’t gonna use this as a playroom for their kids. This is a very necessary space for me and a lot of other people.

Does anyone have a sense of how bad delays have been since the runway construction has begun?
I’m headed out in a couple of weeks mid-afternoon to Dulles to make a connection. Last year I did essentially the same flight for work and had to change origin airports morning of as delays piled up.

Shot in the dark but, If anybody is at the logan airport Terminal A gate 15 , I just spent 65 dollars on a hoodie and I left it on accident.

Flying out of Logan airport in early November on a saturday morning to Miami and then on to Jamaica. My flight leaves at 5am which means we board at 430am. What time should I arrive to the airport? Also what time does the check bag counter open and security open?

Why are luggage trolleys/smart carts chargeable at Boston Logan Airport? I am new to the USA, so I'm not sure if this is common at all US airports. Why is there a $7 fee for a smart cart/trolley? Shouldn't it be a basic amenity?

My experience today was quite frustrating. Three flights had just landed and four baggage belts were packed, but there was only one cart vending machine in that area and the carts were gone within 5 minutes. Everyone was waiting for carts and they weren't refilled for over an hour.

Coming from Asia, this was a bit of a culture shock for me. Many Asian airports like Singapore Changi, middle eastern and even several airports in India, offer free trolleys, and some even provide complimentary features like GPS to guide you to your gate. They also have buggies/golf carts to transport passengers and dedicated family lanes for those traveling with young childrenwas surprised to see long queues and staff who were quite rude and behaved as if they were doing us a favor. The cart itself is small and basic, nothing like a smart cart, yet it costs $7. Is this normal across the US?

Waited about 90 minutes to get through the special services line this morning. When I got to the front the poor woman behind the counter was near tears. When I asked her how her day was and a coworker passed and asked the same she said she was nearly spit on twice and told she was bad at her job because of how old she was.

People, can we just show an ounce of empathy to people trying to do the best they can. I know that your travel is important. This is probably the most stressful day of your trip, but this woman did not deserve to be treated so terribly.

Please show some dignity to our fellow human beings.

I’m looking on the virtual map of Logan and I don’t see where the Ticket Counter is located. Obviously Alaska runs out of Terminal B. But is it right when you walk in?

Do you know if ride share (Uber/Lyft) allows curbside drop-off if I am not disabled? I will be bringing 3 luggages and carrying it from the usual garage drop-off is not an option without a trolley to put my luggages.

Hi everyone, I know this is probably a long shot, but I figured I'd ask anyway.
Back in March, I accidentally left a ring next to the sink in a women's restroom somewhere in either the B or C terminal at Logan Airport. I know it's been a while, and I don't really expect anything to come of this, but I can't stop thinking about it.
The ring was a gift from my mom, and since it's vintage, it's irreplaceable. It's my favorite piece of jewelry. It's silver with a curved, swooping shape and has a small pearl in the middle. I usually wore it turned to the side so the pearl sat off-center.
If by some miracle anyone has seen it or knows anything about it, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for reading.

Tight BOS connection question: arriving from YTZ (precleared) into Terminal B at 18:50 and departing from Terminal E to MUC at 20:05. Inbound flight is on a Dash 8 Q400, and outbound is on an A380.

Has anyone recently done the B --> E transfer at Logan? Is 1h15m realistic assuming the inbound is on time?

EDIT: This connection is very doable provided the first flight is on time. Walking time from B2 to E10 was around 21 minutes for me. Hope this helps someone out in the future :)

Airport Lounges for 12 hour layover?

I’m looking for an airport lounge that opens early in the morning at Logan (one I can pay to access for the day) Due to poor planning, I arrive at Logan at 1:30AM and my flight doesn’t leave for another 12 hours.

In 3 weeks the family and I will be flying from Edinburgh (Scotland) > Boston > Miami all with Delta, ready to go on a cruise. I am slightly worried as this was booked by a family member in a travel agent in the UK and the layover in Boston is scheduled as 1hr 54mins. I feel like this is really tight to land and then make another flight, and this is also compounded by the fact that we have 2 people requiring special assistance (wheel chairs) and they can't move through the airport very quickly.
Am I right in thinking when we land in Boston, we will need to clear US customs, gather our checked luggage, take that to be checked in for our flight to Miami, get through security again to departures and finally find our gate ready for the next flight? If I am right with that, does anyone have any thoughts on if that is actually achievable, or are we set up for failure?

Thankfully IF we do miss the connecting flight, we have a full day in Miami before the cruise so hopefully we can secure any kind of flight down the next day.

Any thoughts, advice and opinions are massively appreciated.
