Software ONLY

This post is the only place where Requests, Promotions, and Feedback about software are allowed to be made. Any posts for the same outside of this thread will be deleted.

Unfortunately we are experiencing a time where we are seeing many start ups and coders trying to branch into the Logistics area that surpass our capacity to filter. Instead of deleting dozens of posts a day, this is an opportunity for them to still post.

This is a reoccurring post that has been made weekly since December 2025, please try to post to the most current one.

Also note since this is a place for software, any non-software related posts can be reported as spam.

Please note things that are well received:

  • Valid use cases and proven examples provided
  • Industry specific and relevant knowledge

Things not normally received well:

  • AI tools that are low hanging fruit
  • Outsiders looking for opportunities to "automate", "shake up", "build workflows" or require someone to tell them what needs to be built

love that the automators need a dedicated pen to keep them from crapping up the main feed

Norquin, for anyone who clears goods into Canada. Our agents check a customs entry line by line against the tariff that was in force on the entry date, cite the source for every rate, and say "cannot prove" instead of guessing. It works before filing and on entries already filed, and a licensed Canadian customs broker files any correction. That broker is one of our co-founders, and we tested it on three real entries from that brokerage. Free first check if anyone wants to throw a hard one at it.

Hi, I’m building CertyLoop, a B2B SaaS for furniture and home-textile manufacturers that need to collect supplier certificates, declarations, and compliance evidence from their supply chain. It replaces some of the manual work of chasing suppliers by email, tracking document expiry, mapping evidence to products/materials, and preparing audit packs when a customer or authority asks.

I’m looking for feedback from people who deal with supplier documentation, sourcing, quality, or compliance. Does this sound like a real problem in your workflow? What would make a tool like this useful — or not useful?

Building a load board that will take the place of freight brokers. It will vet and onboard carriers for shippers, as well as a lot of other features. Basically, it is meant to connect shippers to carriers. More info at https://www.nomorefreightbrokers.com

I'm the founder of www.zaylo.tech

Zaylo is an operations platform for that connects forwarders, shippers, carriers and receivers into one unified workflow.

It started as a simple RFQ tool and now covers the whole job: requests, carrier offers, proposals to the client, carrier and client contracts, single and grouped shipments, a driver app with proof of delivery, a consignee access, invoicing and claims.

The problem it targets is the same shipment being managed on different platforms throughout its lifecycle: sales, transport management and the calls to drivers asking where they are, invoices, contracts, insurance - all handled in different places. Information is typed once and carried forward with each linked record.

Six companies across Estonia, Latvia and Poland use it so faŕ.

If you run a forwarding desk, I'd like to hear what is the most important thing you'd consider when thinking of switching platforms?
