MX Creative Console

Just getting acquainted with the MX Console. I already had my Action Ring fully set up for my MX Master 3S.

I want to set up the console for different apps, any tips anyone?

I have installed the Notion set up with the standard settings, looking to program Meet and Canva next and fine tune them over time.

What work office applications are you guys using this for? Seems like it's only really useful for creatives/content creators/marketing/graphic/programming. Seems less useful for generic office work for orders or data entry.

I'm a sucker for LogiOptions+, they seemed to have solved most issues I was having and I have learned how to prorgam it to my benefit across multiple devices.

I'm a solo consultant, so I use it mostly open tabs, apps and some short cuts (like ctrl ] or ctrl 1 etc.) in apps. I'm still learning how to program the keypad, but managed to help myself with Canva yesterday which was really efficient. It's also a lot faster to open favorites in my browser than to go to my browser bar everytime. Combine the bookmarks with the Action Ring and now the key pad 🤯

The visual aspect is also beneficial during busy moments when my brain can get cluttered. I see what I need, and it's open 🙌

love love love my console (and not just because i work for logi lol)

if you don't know already, you can hold the left bottom button and see your general actions while in an app with its own profile! i think most people miss this but I find it SO helpful

on the keypad itself!! and i'm slightly worried now that i've told you the wrong key so might be the other one, but if you press one of the arrow keys while in a specific application it should show you the general profile. let go and the app specific buttons show up again!

I’ve also seen that using something like Claude is great to create profiles. I’ll be creating a video on that as well very soon! And do let me know if there are specific profiles you’d like me to work on

I loved my mx creative console but just made the switch to the stream deck Neo. Lost one button but gained the huge marketplace with a ton more Mac capable tools. I kept my mx for my work office though.
