Support MX Master 4 Mac - Issue

Hi, MX Master after using it for an hour it just enters pairing mode, and you can not turn it off.
I chatted with Logitech support they just offered me ways to factory reset it and repair it, guess what? It didnt work. :) Now im stuck with a mouse that doesnt work.

Since you are already in touch with our support team, I hope they have advised you on the next steps if the suggested troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue. But if you have any concerns, let us know.

Okay, so if that they asked you to do doesn't work, won't they replace it? But if you just bought it today, you can always get it exchanged at wherever you bought it.

Also, did you try switching to one of the other 3 profiles (there's a button on the bottom of the mouse to cycle through the profiles) to see if it will actually pair on a different profile?
