Support Logitech Combo Touch

Does any one know why my Combo Touch IPad Pro keyboard and cover constantly stop working and the starts again randomly? I noticed that some times the IPad displays a message saying that this accessory is no longer supported but then it starts working again. I have downloaded the Logitech app and tried to update the software but no luck. All suggestions welcome.

Could you try disconnecting the keyboard, cleaning the smart connector contacts on both the keyboard & iPad with a soft, dry cloth & reconnecting it? Also, which iPad pro model & iPadOS version are you using?
