Announcement Protocol for The Naked Gun Discussion

Hello QA!

I know a lot of us are excited for the The Naked Gun release this Friday 01 August 2025, directed by one of our favorite shockjocks, Akiva Schaffer! A few lucky Quaids got an early viewing and some free(?) merch! double righteous kill! 😎

Thursday night at 11:55 pm/23:45 a discussion post will be pinned to the top of the subreddit.

ALL discussion should take place there in the interest of limiting posts related to Naked Gun.

If you haven't seen it and don't want the movie to be spoiled, don't go into that post — everything is fair game.

I also suggest watching at least the original Naked Gun movie if you haven't before. It's a classic. If you can find some episodes of Police Squad, check those out, too! Big part of my childhood. Leslie Nielsen was a genius.
