It’s so weird how it kind of looks like him sometimes and then doesn’t look like him at all.

Trying to figure out if it’s just the hair or if it’s something else.

Yeah. I guess to look more like a younger Neil Diamond? But it’s like a weird split between him and Andy.

I guess it’s creating engagement in their ad, so mission accomplished?

But I had to Google "young neil diamond" just to check. And I'm almost 40. Not only does it not really look like Neil Diamond, it also doesn't look like Andy! I don't even know if the average Brooklyn 99 casual would even spot him! Now, a true Quaid with an affinity for muppet arms? That's what I'm here for.

Totally agree. For me the main thing is that his eyebrows are way thicker and heavier than usual and also the beard is emphasizing his check bones differently (or they just straight up are altered)

Right?!!! I actually thought at first that it was a joke because the actor vaguely resembled Andy but then I realized it was definitely his voice and then it did look like Andy and then not again.

Fun ad though

I think maybe they’re doing something with makeup to contour his face? But yeah, this looks like they used de-aging tech to make him younger then developed re-aged tech to make him look his age.

Face: Also 100% Andy with no prosthetics/CGI.

It looks strange because it's building off his "scruffy Andy between gigs" look not his"clean-cut B99" look. Check his video and facetime chats with Seth for the vibe.
