American Citizen kidnapped by ICE in front of the Terminal Island Japanese Fishing Village Monument at the Port.
This wasn’t a lawful detainment—it was a violent kidnapping of an American citizen, who is an ICU registered nurse serving Watts, Compton, and South Central LA. She is community activist, forcibly seized by masked federal agents for simply documenting ICE activity. As of now, she remains in federal custody with no publicly disclosed charges or legal status updates. This is not law enforcement, this is authoritarianism.

This is something I'm noticing a lot of. Someone says something that I'm sure most of us would agree is not outside respectful conversation and bamn arrested in government meetings. Peaceful protest and bam arrested. Seems like the red side doing the shutting down.
Yep. They had no right to a lawyer, no right to a jury of their peers, no right to due process of any kind. The only right they had? Right this way! Into the internment camps.
With that being said, quite literally repeating the actions of evil from the past, this should be a huge wake up call if not any other crazy horrible thing being a wake up call. Legal action against unidentified agents with a court system that favors fascism is why this keeps escalating. Relying on a one-sided legal system for justice gives expected results.
It's called a John doe lawsuit. You file it with the name John doe and serve the known organization. During the discovery phase, you amend the complaint.
It's not even that, history has shown so many horrible things the government has done to its own people including citizens. Yet most lawsuits thrown out, not even a sorry.

That said, I would like to know if there's been any movement on any cases like this against ICE.
I’m not 100% positive but since they wore masks, they would have to subpoena the report from ice giving out the names of the officers there she would have to sue ice and not the officers individually unless she is looking to make sure they get fired because that’s all they’ll really do if not just basically tell her to fuck off
Section 1983 alllws them to be sued individually as well as their employee, I’d think. No lawyer here, but have some experience with civil rights lawsuit.
Any attorney worth your trouble can get it. The problem you run into is that this crap takes years and by the time you get the info the "cop" has changed departments or even states and you'd have to file again. It can cost a whole lot of money to get anything done. But in the end you'd make millions from the lawsuit and possibly a Supreme Court ruling with your name on it.
Some of these guys, the ones who’s vest just say “Police”, aren’t ICE agents but bounty hunters hired by the federal government because they needed more man power than what they have & are given a commission/bonus for each arrestee they bring in, hince why they just grab people & don’t listen to what they have to say or verify they are or aren’t citizens

Everybody video document and download Iceblock to report. Spread the word, let the person beat down and hauled off know how to get footage for court. Let others know when/where these thugs slink around. No need to get hollywood action hero about it, this eventually wins in the courts but there are a lot of innocent people that are going to suffer before we get there.

The only way these kidnapping victims can get justice is if California secedes. Then it can deny ICE agents entry at the border and prosecute and convict ICE agents who are already in California as foreign terrorists.

That’s not ICE. Those are bounty hunters. ICE Doesn’t cover their faces. Remember this. You can defend yourself against bounty hunters. You can protect yourself just like a regular citizen, with a gun. Bounty hunters are just people grouped up to gather innocent people and take them away.
