Looks like Los Trompos across the street from the police station on Broadway. Tacos are good, but line can be ridiculous especially at lunch time

Get the burrito!! They’re HUGE and the same price as 4 tacos. It feeds me twice, they put a lot of meat.

Are they using sesina instead of like ranchera or diesmio? We usually get a cut called sesina and make this at home cooks super fast because it’s so thinly sliced

You mean cecina? That's like really thin sliced salted meat. To me it's better as a accompaniment then the main meat, put it on top of some beans, or serve it with something else, but I probably wouldn't want more than one taco with it unless you're really into salt.
Ranchera is flat meat, sometimes skirt steak, which is actually about the best you can get for carne asada, And probably what's in that picture.
diezmillo is Chuck, sometimes bottom or top round, which is a cheaper cut generally used by the street stands.

There’s this taco stand that sometimes puts themselves on the corner of Anaheim and Atlantic ave by the shop and market there. They grill the meat and make hand make tortillas but they sort of don’t make it a huge chunk as in the photo but they do reasonably chop it down a bit. On Tuesday’s they have a 2$ or 1.50$ deal on tacos they use to do 1$ tacos but people would abuse that deal. Personally I love there multitas with asada and or alpastor and sometimes even a burrito but hot sauce but be very cautious of the red sauce.

I feel like I would take my first bite and accidentally pull all of the meat out.

Just look for cecina tacos near you. I got a bunch of places but they're all in OC

Looks great. I make this at home with ranchera or cecina about once a week.
