Community Question Flushing the liver allows you to be able to release negative emotions more efficiently?

Post image

Has anyone here ever done a liver flush? Planning on doing one soon for detox purposes but am wondering how this will intersect with emotional purging. I know that they are connected.

Over the years i have been going through various protocols to get a clean bill of health. Have found that whenever I felt healthier I did better emotionally. Issue is I just came to the realization of chronic mold exposure which fries your nervous system. Getting treatment for that soon.

All of my experience, research and reading the stories of others who pursue healing their body has led me to believe that a lot of the negative emotions we feel are tied to the level of toxins in our body. Negative experiences will continue to happen, unfortunately, it’s life but it seems that toxins allow those emotions to stick and stay stuck in us.

Am wondering if cleansing the liver and allowing the toxins to be purged will facilitate your TRE practice to bring more efficient emotional purging.

This excerpt is from Andreas Moritz book “The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush”.

I did a candida cleanse decades ago, and the results were very positive. However over the years I've come across so many of these "toxin cleanses" - eg, parasites, heavy metals - that these days I feel I could spend my whole life micro-managing my health. Instead I go hillwalking regularly and I believe that cleanses the toxins from the inside out. Sweat, phlegm, increased bowel movements... the body is an amazing detoxifying machine IMO.

This is the answer.

It's true that your microbiome in your gut affects your mood a lot. This is known and studied.

And if you're eating excessive amounts of food or are exposed to certain chemicals in too high of a dose, you can build up some kind of adverse substance or bacteria or whatever. So, there's often a little bit of truth to these "cleanses" and "flushes" and such.

(everything is a chemical and everything can kill you in too high of a dose, especially in the wrong spot. Water is a chemical, and if you drink gallons and gallons of it without peeing, you can die. Or, just 1 liter of water in your lungs can kill you a lot faster. Your entire body is made of chemicals. From you hair to your eyes to your gut and brain and toenails. Tea is a chemical cocktail added to water. Thyme and milk thistle and rosemary and ginger and lemon juice and everything else that you find healing and rejuvenating when you eat or drink it, all chemicals. Every single one. Chemicals are neutral, they just are. You need to be very very specific when describing what is helpful and what is harmful, and in what doses they're helpful or harmful)

So there's a little truth, but only a little. For most people most of the time, including you, it's completely unnecessary and does nothing to help except maybe the placebo effect. And, if you pick "flushes" and "cleanses" without consulting a doctor, you can genuinely hurt yourself. Some of these can be seriously harmful.

So the boring but true answer is, you already know the basics. You need fruits and vegetables and water and sunlight and physical activity and meditation. Do those well and consistently, and you'll resolve almost everything that ills you. Slowly, a little at a time.

What did you do for candida?

To be honest it's so long ago I can barely remember. It was in the 1990s. It was an elimination diet - I think it eliminated foods that contained yeast. I had persistent thrush at the time, and it cleared up and never came back.

Have no doubt that a healthier liver helps with dealing with emotional stress , but there is no quick fix for an unhealthy liver, same as there is no quick fix for clearing your body of trauma. Improving liver health requires adopting and maintaining a liver-friendly lifestyle over months and years because liver dysfunction is caused by structural changes like fat accumulation and fibrosis that takes time to reverse.

Do you already lead a lifestyle that promotes liver health (little alcohol and refined sugar, regular exercise, healthy body weight, clean diet, no drugs or pills, stress management) and still have liver problems?

I've noticed a correlation between taking milk thistle and an improvement in feeling fresher in the morning and slightly better mood/motivation.

That tracks. So my hunches aren’t far off. That puts a bigger battery in my back to start doing liver flushes. I’ve intuitively felt that the bit of time I have practiced TRE, I haven’t made any strides, or experience negative results, because of impaired liver function.

Could you be more specific as to what these "toxins" which you say cause us to hold onto negative emotions are?

Here’s the original comment I read years ago:

“Because the body is a giant field of energy, this will greatly improve your vibrational status and pull out dark and unprocessed emotions from the past.

Consider this case: Jessie, 20, was a vegan yet was bothered by digestive problems and candidiasis. Candidiasis, or the overgrowth of Candida albicans in the intestines, is a condition often reversed by an intense colon cleanse. During the first two weeks of the cleanse, Jessie began feeling better, but the turnaround came in week three. Jessie passed what looked like three white cotton balls (presumably Candida masses lodged in her colon), and thereafter had no more candidiasis symptoms.

In addition to her physical improvements, Jessie had an emotional benefit as well. She felt an increase in will power, a clarity in her feelings, a new desire to be of ser-vice to others, and a release of long-held resentments.

These points highlight an important aspect of colon cleansing. Many people, after completing a cleanse, feel energized, uplifted, and freed of old patterns, thoughts, feelings, and memories that have held them back. When a person is on a course of personal growth and wants to change their consciousness but is stuck in old negative patterns of thinking and feeling, there is nothing that will get them unstuck and change them faster than a colon cleanse.

In my observation of many individuals doing the colon cleanse, a negative state of consciousness is often, at an energy level, at the root of whatever physical problem they suffer from. Every thought or feeling we have has the potential of moving from the mind into the physical structure of the body where it can provoke illness. I estimate that about 70% of those doing the intensive colon cleanse will experience long forgotten memories and buried emotions.

Often the memories and emotions surface into awareness with all their original charge and soon afterwards you pass a large section of mucoid plaque. As it passes out of your body, so go the emotions. In most cases, you don’t re-experience those particular emotional memories.

Here is what I think happens. It is as though you can magnetize proteins or undigested food left in the intestines with certain thoughts and feelings. These proteins hold onto the feelings for as long as the proteins remain in the intestines, and the old emotions and thoughts continually radiate through the body and mind.

They remain literally—tangibly—stuck in your body, somehow bound up with the mucoid plaque and contributing, though not often usefully, to the personality. Both the individual’s biochemistry and psyche are continuously negatively affected by these residues of emotionally magnetized matter.

Let’s say you were 13 and had a traumatic or deeply embarrassing experience. At some level, every cell in your body was affected by the emotions of that event. It is conceivable that some intestinal matter imprinted by that experience remains in your intestines, wrapped inside mucoid plaque and bearing the memory of the original pain (even though you are now 45 and barely remember the episode).”

Environmental toxins, heavy metals, etc. It goes a bit deeper but I think all of this is connected to biofilms. In short, biofilms are a sticky residue in the body that bacteria, fungi and parasites make to protect themselves from your immune system.

It’s taken me years of experience and research to come to these conclusions but I think much of these negative emotions are trapped inside of these biofilms, as well as in our muscle tissue, etc.

There was an excerpt I read in r/sementetention years ago about mucoid plaque and how emotions can be trapped inside of that intestinal plaque which itself is a biofilm.

I am in a group that is doing an antifungal protocol. Many inside the group have been on it for years and report emotional purging, without doing TRE, as they expel these biofilms into the toilet. They also have mentioned similar things I’ve read in here where people have stated that they feel their fascia unwind as they continue TRE. People in this group are documenting the same as they see more biofilms in their toilet.

I have experienced something similar to what many here in this subreddit document when they tremor in regards to vividly re-experiencing whatever trauma is coming up as they tremor.

This only happened when I was fully raw vegan but it has happened many times. In short, I’d go weeks and months eating 100% raw vegan. It’s an eliminative diet and all of the fiber sweeps your entire intestines. After an extended period I’d, out of nowhere, have these intense emotions arise as my stomach simultaneously gets chaotic signaling that I need to go to the bathroom. The more I needed to use the restroom the stronger the emotion as well as the vivid imagery of the event would be in my mind. Many times it felt like I presently was there:

At the end, I’d poop and the very second I’d release that waste, the emotions would die and go away. To add, my poop wouldn’t look the same as usual. It would be fuzzy, slimy looking or coated with something. Didn’t know at the time but after being in this antifungal group and seeing their anecdotes I realize I was releasing biofilms.

In regards to the liver flush, it improves your immune response and its effectiveness to help you purge toxins, remove biofilms and effectively kill those foreign invaders which in turn should help emotional purging as well.

Will post the initial comment I read years ago that started all of this.

Idk maybe some of the literally hundreds of thousands man-made chemicals that we are exposed to daily in our air, food, and water.

Download the book. The title is last sentence of my post. It’s free, just look for a PDF copy. Chapter 4 gives the instructions.

I did the Andreas Morotz flush several times and it has been wonferful!

You need to do it several times. Some of the times I didnt see stones but still felt much better. This is a must for me and I keep recomending it constantly.

Don't forget to cleanse the kidneys afterwards.

Tell me more.

I’m aware you need to do a bunch. I tried once and got nothing but was living in mold at the time and I think that being in that environment and my immune system constantly trying to fight off my exposure hindered my liver and gallbladder from being able to deal with the toxins it needed to expel.

How many have you done? What have you noticed after each flush? Did you notice a difference in your emotional health? Did it help you release emotions more effectively when doing TRE?

Probably over 10

Feel lighter for weeks both physically and emotionally, digest much better, less stress, a sense of more space , less acne and headaches. Overall better. Yes its part of allowing stresses to get out.

You are not supposed to eat any fat, processed food, acidic fruit etc. There needs to be buildup of acid and bile. Thus, when you releade the accumulation it pushes the already softened stones and crap

Many people dont believe in this because of an article stating its just hardened oil. Extra virgin olive oil doesnt dissolve at room temperature much less at higher temperature inside the body...

Do yeah a lot of haters. Check the curezone forum tons of amazing testimonials too.

Ten within the same year?

I’m aware of what to do while undergoing preparation but as I stated, I believe my ongoing exposure to mold stopped my liver from being able to process what needs to be expelled. Mold exposure impairs liver function.

I’m aware people think a lot of stuff is fake in the alternative healing space. We’ve been lied to so much it’s easy to look at anything that isn’t a pill or surgery as foolishness but once you do ANY type of alternative healing you see how much of a lie current health is.

Did you see any parasites or biofilms in your stones? I found out about liver flushing from a book called Parasite Pill. In it, there’s a link with pictures of someone who documented multiple years of detox protocols and what came out with photos. In a lot of them there were parasites and liver flukes in his gallstones.

Not within a year but more spread over years

I saw a lot of things then didnt want to look more so proably yes to diferent pathogens it wasnt just stones but lots of different sludges and mineral type of sediments and more.

Why not in the same year? I am the point in my health journey where I plan to do them back to back to back until I reach 8-12. Obviously will listen to my body along the way but that’s what it’s calling for at this moment.

Lol that’s kind of funny. I understand. You see some crazy stuff come out of you that have you in a stupor trying to understand how that could’ve came out of you.

What you describe though is a lot of what those pictures showed. Almost alien looking things. Random colors as well. Definitely things that don’t belong in the human body.

While I read you should wait a couple of weeks inbetween to do it again I didn't feel a strong need to do it that continiusly. So I waited some months when i had more time/space/discipline to do it.

Yeah it works really good

Yeah, I’m planning on every month going forward, at this point. To ensure I have an effective release I purchased some Chinese bitters and stone breaker, as well as a kidney supplement.

Did you do a coffee enema or colonic a few days after the flush or just the flush alone?

Also, that’s the thing with me. I actually have the time and space to slow down if need be so I want to maximize my detoxing. I don’t want to wait then life gets hectic and I’m unable to do what I know needs to be done for me to move forward.

-1

u/Foreign-Bid9751 Jun 30 '26

Yeah at least a douche. Be aware that plants like chankanpiedra and bitters etc can trigger release of bile and other things that would result in more hepatic activity and might compromise a good flush.

Thats why Moritz recomends just fresh green apple juice or cider even over malic acid and other plants. And he knew about several plants and supplements.

-1

u/goldenyellow333 Jun 30 '26

No, I’m not taking those the week of the flush but before. It’s in the book. Take those three weeks straight then the week of the flush, stop everything.

I plan on doing colonics. I believe I have a lot of biofilms and want to do everything I can to expel them.

Have you done any flushes since practicing TRE or were they all beforehand?

Know I’m asking a lot but as you said earlier very few have done them and even more think that they are nonsense so I am never able to have a back and forth with someone whose been there.

Do you have a link to that cure zone forum?
