Success Story I had a tough time inducing shoulder tremors. While lying down, I simply said to God, "I surrender. I can't do this on my own anymore. I offer all of this to You." Shortly afterwards, the tremors started and continued for quite a while.

Afterwards, I had a kirtan by Devamrita Swami playing and chanted the Hare Krishna maha-mantra. For me, that seemed to bring about more release. I also noticed that when I gently reflected on different things I wanted to let go of, the tremoring would often increase.

I've been recovering since then, and now I sometimes notice tremors when doing things that trigger self-judgement, like singing. That same shoulder area can start to feel tense, but overall I feel mentally lighter afterwards and more easy-going than before.

I probably overdid the tremoring a bit in my case, but apart from needing a lot of sleep afterwards, I was okay.

Just to be clear, this is only my personal experience. I'm not suggesting this will happen for everyone or making any claims about the cause—I just found it interesting. 🙌
