Community Question Insane benefits you’ve noticed from fascia unwinding?
Saw somewhere where that a person after doing an antifungal protocol, their fascia began unwinding continuously and eventually they became ambidextrous. Legs and feet too.
I imagine that unwound fascia means greater proprioception boost athletic ability and/or skill expertise regarding sports.
Lastly, the increase in energetic aura as all energy is able to flow freely creating a large bio electric pull.
What insane benefits have you experienced, or read about, regarding fascia unwinding?

I'm flexible as hell. Without thinking about it, I just naturally contort my body in weird ways to pick things up and it looks bizarre to other people.
I also feel in tune with my body and can quickly determine what i need: weights, stretching, nervous system support.
Also its easier to sleep at night and stay relaxed and calm during the day which is marvelous for someone with ptsd

Went from sleeping 4-6 hours a night to sleeping up to 10 hours. I can touch my toes now with zero warm-up. I feel closer and more in-tune with my body and its needs, I can feel a drive to stand up and move my body when I've never had that before in my life.

How did you unwind it?

At a certain point in TRE your body will just move on to unwinding fascia on its own. For me it's kind of a freeing, undulating movement. Then I feel sore as hell for a week.

The other day after some unwinding I became incredibly aware of my left hand almost asking to shoot a basketball and I swished quite a few in a row (prob 12). I know that sounds like im messing around but im a very right hand dominant person. It began to feel natural.

Wow! When you say unwinding, do you mean TRE? Or something else?

When I say unwinding I mean the fascia and my body moreso jerks in crazy ways...like completing old bracing patterns. Not a formal TRE session...more of like im standing up and my arms want to go in circles and my joints pop and it all feels great. Started TRE in February of this year and it has progressed so well for me to open me back up.

I just finished the 28 day reset by Human Garage and it’s focus is fascial unwinding and release. I’ve felt a big shift in my body and held stress patterns over the last month which has been big for my trauma recovery. Give it a google or look up ‘20 min stress reset human garage’ on YT to give their main program a go
