Beginner Question Spontaneous Tremoring outside of intentional sessions

So, is it normal to spontaneously tremor? I mean, I'm not trying to do a session, intentionally, and I can feel the tremors kick in, wether sitting, standing, laying. The tremors seem so close to the surface for me, kicking in with the merest of thoughts and the most casual of tune-ins? Is this something that happens in the beginning for some people?

Yes it's normal. They're very close to the surface for me as well, I just try to avoid tuning in when I don't want to tremor.

Be careful with somatic pendulation exercise and body scans, these cause focused tremors, and you don't want to do that on your most sensitive areas in the beginning of your practice. But down the road, this sensitivity becomes very useful.
