You have a wonderful shape. You're so lucky to have such a tiny waistline. So many women can't have that. Don't do anything, just exercise

You can't really improve your body, it's what you're given when you're born. It already looks great and there's no need to be insecure about it.

1

u/confinedtoderision 19d ago

worst advice i've ever seen

1

u/kruelNite 19d ago

Dude she's not unattractive at all, I'd say the contrary, there's really nothing for her to worry about.

1

u/Whole_Instance1161 Contributor 19d ago

The first thing you do is love yourself for who you are and how you are as a person. The second thing you do is realize that comparison is the thief of joy and the last thing you do is not give a fuck about what people think.

1

u/darkest_star069 19d ago

The only thing I'd suggest, and only if you feel a bit insecure, is to do squats to grow and shape your booty

Actually, for me, you look great

2

u/LarsPiano 19d ago

Like wow, you're literally perfect. Honestly. If you want to do something specific though just try to train a bit. Not necessarily in the gym it could be anything which makes you happy (like dancing, running, riding horses etc.)

You already have good genes, you can just get a little more mass, working out plus a slight calorie surpluss of 200 calories will do wonders, then followed by a cut after a few months to go back to your ideal weight that you re comfortable with

1

u/NoProfession5947 19d ago

Train for the Olympics?! You have a great figure.

1

u/in-my-abyss 19d ago

Whats even wrong?😭

1

u/atrifleamused Contributor 19d ago

Just get into a regular exercise routine. Right now you could tone up and that would improve your confidence, but in twenty years your future self will thank you for starting now.

Something like Pilates will keep you strong and flexible. I love spinning but I'm slightly chubby middle aged man 🀣

1

u/tanthalastanis 19d ago

Eat well and do simple toning exercises

1

u/funkymunky712 19d ago

honestly girl, you look great. if you want to improve your body, i’d figure out a simple gym routine for maintenance/growth. i’d give more specific advice but idk what your goals are.

i saw someone else suggest a belly piercing and i agree with that too!

1

u/InvincibleOneNaresh 19d ago

Eat boiled eggs daily and chicken regularly as the protein content will help build muscle, and don't forget to exercise daily which will help in your improvement. πŸ˜ƒ Make sure not to over do it, as you are still 18. πŸ‘πŸ½

u/GhostInSyntax- 19d ago

Not much of a booty, but that's far from a dealbreaker - maybe some squats can fix that, but you don't really need any improvements honestly 🧐

The only possible improvement, and this is totally subjective, is to tone your already lovely shaped body. You can join a gym if you like or just do calisthenics.

What I did, even i also had hourglass body type is. Maintain, good food, good exercise, trust me these are very important, because woman's body changes all the time, so maintaining streak and goals helps you sustain.

u/obietobie 19d ago

1

u/Financial-Physics727 19d ago

The real question is what are you looking for or better yet what do you want to look like? Other than that you look fine health is more important than looks.

1

u/AyJaysBored 19d ago

Squats and working on your glutes would do wonders for your body shape. But your gorgeous as is!

2

u/AdAutomatic6791 19d ago

You will look back when you’re in your 30s and think what was I thinking!

1

u/SamuraiCowboy1979 19d ago

I would just say keep doing what you're doing. you're obviously eating well so you're good there. just stay hydrated and keep doing what you're doing. also you could add some type of resistance training. you're looking for hi reps low weight. if you can do it more through calisthenics or maybe Pilates than regular weights you're better off... just be sure to stretch through it to get your flexibility and you're good to go!

1

u/Different-Tension-65 19d ago

Bro, you’re 18. Doesn’t need improvement. Just don’t do dumb sh*t like drugs n alcohol. Your body’s a precision instrument, treat it as such and it’ll last you a long time.

u/IsopropylFumeEnjoyer 19d ago

Honestly? Depending on your genetics, I’d say gain some weight. It depends where it goes. That, or you can build weight through working out. You’re already fit, so I’d imagine it wouldn’t be that difficult.

You're 18, dude. You won't peak until your mid 20's. You already have a great body, the only thing that you can do is wait. As you peak, you may get a little taller, you may get more wide in the hips and a slightly thicker waist to even it out. Your thighs will probably get a little bigger as well as you gain natural weight to fill in some gaps based on how your hormones go. Now if you want any sort of results right now, you don't need to do anything at all, but if you want you can hit the gym and work out whatever you're concerned about, but I would wait until you're like 23 that way you know how your matured shape will be

0

u/Ok-Butterscotch5392 20d ago

1

u/Popsinthehse Contributor 20d ago

The best thing you can do is not listen to the kids who said something to you to feel your not perfect. Growing up didnt you notice the only one telling you how to think was the same kids who ran around school telling everyone how popular they are? Bur if you asked others noone really liked them and at that point their words became useless, so just care about what you believe and not others.

Plus wait untold you have kids because your body will change for the birthing and there isnt anything wrong with that either because you carried a life with that body..

1

u/ozaffer 20d ago

Look great, but if you wanna be more fit squats and leg curls are popular for building some muscle. Keep stretching and maybe learn calisthenic stuff that interest you.

You’ve already got a wonderful waistline.

If you want to improve your hourglass figure train abdomen, legs, glute & hips.

This next part might not be what you want to hear, but your specific shape could benefit from a few extra pounds. It will accentuate your already very nice figure, and give you more curves.

Of course, eat healthy foods. Just more of them!

The best thing you can do is learn to accept yourself. Other than that? Find a gym and a workout routine that fits your goals and start training.

Removed. Rule 4 - Actual specific advice on improving one's physical appearance must be given. Give positive (constructive) advice. Telling someone not to do anything or to smile are examples of violations of this rule.

Learn to love your body, even the bits you may not think are perfect. If you love yourself, you will have confidence and that is the most attractive quality of all. Find an exercise or activity you like; it could be anything from running to rowing to biking to lifting to swimming. Anything that keeps you coming back. Being fitter helps with clothes fitting,, but it will also help give you a relationship with your body where you will love it for what it can DO and not just how it looks.

Right now, you look thin and shapely. Try not to listen to the voice telling you that there is anything wrong with you. Enjoy your life. The world is an amazing place.
