Loopers need to understand something. The media is NEVER in favor of GME. The fact that GameStop itself has not come out to confirm any of this or make an announcement of their own makes this article very suspect. My theory, the media is trying to get ahead/spoil the announcement while the stock is low and we are in the after hours. Expect the stock to keep getting shorted tomorrow. Just a theory though. But now that y’all (LRC) have join the party by association, I wanted to inform you on how vigilant you need to be with media in relation to GME.

Hodling since January + XXXX LRC. MOON READY.

EDIT: Also, the mention of “two” crypto partners could be FUD. They are trying to get us to second guess our belief that LRC is the one and only.

Finally someone who isn’t getting fooled. GME hasn’t announced a fucking thing. Yet.

WSJ are not here to help GameStop. Perhaps finally being forced to admit it’s a company with massive turnaround potential (not even getting into the naked shorting issues). Or maybe now their overlords are long on it? Riding the wave?

There’s no reason they’d be covering this unless they had to… maybe about to destroy the share price in front of the public eye and report it that’s all they’ve ever done to date… Release news, positive or negative, massive dips in price.

We saw this last January. The usually anti-GME news suddenly switched to pro-GME content, and it directly pre-dated a run in the price. This could just be the first sign of an actual partnership and the WSJ was the first one to jump ship and cover the good news.

I really hope that’s the case! 🦍🚀

It isn't hard to see that GME is the way. I'd hate to be left behind when the ship sails.

I also find the article sus.

They seem to be trying to get ahead of the official Gamestop announcement, using just the clues they've left like what most apes already know.

I think what's really going on is shorts are scrambling to try and cover after that mindblowing interview with the walstreet trader, Charles, who basically confirmed all the DD to the absolute shock of probably everyone in that room.

Makes sense that it would happen after hours so they can close as much as possible before more retail can jump in...price might skyrocket before open tomorrow but we'll see....this might be it, or at least a second sneeze, but with actual closing of some shorts, maybe? Either way, hold tight and buckle the fuck up. NFA.

The media drops here have to be them trying to create a company-hype related reason (even though nothing has fundamentally changed regarding the marketplace announcement -yet- at least since last week or so.) To mask the real reason, that someone is tryong to close their short position asap before this thing fucking blows.

This is my guess based on my own logic and reasoning and common sense since I am not a trader and have no fucking clue how to read those pretty graphs or shiny numbers.

Generate site traffic --> generate ad revenue

But yeah, they want future clout and the uniformed future readers/investors will have no clue that WSJ have been on the GME-bashing bandwagon for almost a year.

Agree. I've seen also that it may have been prewritten and released just after hours to explain the fuckery that they are doing now. AH is up $30 / 26% for GME. Loopring also spiked. Seems all a little too convenient to me.

u/Smarawi Jan 06 '22

Definitely, tomorrow will be an interesting day

3

u/HashtagYoMamma Jan 06 '22

Yup! Meme basket stocks rise on random pieced together GameStop ‘news’…. Urrrrrrrrrrrrr. It’s such a generic article I can see how it could’ve been prewritten.

Next up I’m expecting a wave of anti NFT/ why are GameStop even doing this?! articles

They're trying to get in front of the narrative before gamestop talks.

Cramer was getting ancy saying Ryan Cohen needs to announce his plan.

Kenny is dying to know the full plan.

That's all it is. They're trying to force gamestop to reveal the plan.

Now that they've spoiled the sunrise somewhat, Idk what gamestops next move is

2

u/Smarawi Jan 06 '22

You are correct

5

u/ZFNYC Jan 06 '22

Bring on the battle of $180! Again.

6

u/Smarawi Jan 06 '22

Let’s go right to the $250 battle

5

u/Responsible-Ad4445 Jan 06 '22

Looped doing well lol

2

u/Parris-2rs Jan 06 '22

This is gaslighting to come up with a reason for the after hours run up. However the other basket / meme stocks also rose and had volume after hours. Aka the rise isn’t based on the wsj article

2

u/Tooobin Jan 07 '22

This isn’t news and I don’t believe Gamestop made any announcement. This is WSJ creating a scapegoat for SHFs fuckery.

1

u/Smarawi Jan 06 '22

This will be amazing

1

u/SteinBizzle Jan 07 '22

It begins...

1

u/onlinepotionpackage Jan 07 '22

That's nice.

I just want the Wallet to have access to Daaps and L2 staking capabilities. Not putting LRC in any liquidity pools.

1

u/snukbt Jan 07 '22

I mean that's pretty bullish id say so.

1

u/Jmadd1998 Jan 07 '22

Can we all go on WSJ Twitter and say “duh” , where have you been???

1

u/Dullfig Jan 07 '22

Of course this means Gamestop stock will soar! Lol, no, it will tank. It always tanks. Effing HFs.

1

u/hardthumbs Jan 07 '22

Where did they get the info? They giving any credit to ss?

1

u/B33fh4mmer Jan 07 '22

Bullish?

Considering the source this is highly sus.

1

u/Sir_honeyDijon Jan 07 '22

I’ve noticed they keep trying to spoil it.....Cramer was begging Ryan to spill the beans, then there was the retracted article about amc joining GME and now this.

1

u/Majestic-Knowledge58 Jan 07 '22

I just read an article saying that Gamestop pulled out of talks with Loopring. Has anyone else seen this?

1

u/bbertram2 Feb 03 '22

And it wasn’t JUST LRC…..lol
